Product description

Highly concentrated solution for adding manganese if there are deficits in the aquarium.

Manganese is a transition metal and, as a trace element in enzymes, it performs important functions. In particular, it is associated with the conversion of and with oxygen. Manganese is not evenly distributed in seawater, as it primarily enters the sea in the form of dust carried by the wind or via tributaries before settling with particles. In reef aquariums, it precipitates rapidly, often to below the detection limit.

Application & Dosage

1 ml per 100 l/ 26 US-gal. aquarium volume increases the manganese content by 4 mg/l(ppb).

Maximum dosage: 5 ml per100 l/ 26 US-gal. (adding 20 μg/l (ppb)) daily.

Store in a cool and dark place.

Other product recommendations

Nickel,iron, cobalt and boron are consumed in the same ratio as manganese, therefore we recommend adding them at the same time. For easy dosing of these elements with just a single solution, we recommend Tropic Marin® Block Nickel.
